These terms cover buying and using the New Customers online course. We've kept them short and in plain English. By buying the course, you agree to them.
Who we are
New Customers is an online course for local business owners. You can reach us at hello@newcustomers.pro.
Who handles your payment
Our orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy takes your payment, works out and charges any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. Their own terms apply to the payment itself.
What you get
- Starter: every lesson of the course and its checklists, without the ready-made texts, prompts, tools and quizzes.
- Complete course: every lesson, template and tool, plus free updates to the course for as long as it's offered.
- Pro: everything in the Complete course, plus a bonus pack of 40 ready-made ChatGPT prompts and a 12-month posting plan.
Every plan is a one-time payment. There's no subscription and nothing renews. You can upgrade from Starter to the Complete course at any time by paying the difference.
Your access
You sign in with the email address you used at checkout. Access is for you and your own business. Please don't share your sign-in, or copy, resell or republish the lessons. You're welcome to use the templates for your own business as much as you like.
"Lifetime access" means for as long as we offer the course. If we ever stop offering it, we'll give you at least 60 days' notice by email so you can save anything you need.
Results
The course teaches practical steps that make it more likely AI assistants will recommend your business. We can't promise that any AI tool, search engine or other company will recommend you, rank you or show your business. They make their own decisions, and these change over time. Results depend on your business, your market, your competition and the work you put in. The examples on our website are real, but they're not a promise of what you'll get.
ChatGPT, Google, Siri, Copilot and other products we mention belong to their own companies. We're not connected to or endorsed by any of them.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 30 days of buying. See our refund policy.
Our responsibility
We put care into making the course accurate and useful, but it's general guidance, not professional legal, tax or business advice for your situation. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything related to the course is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. Changes don't affect purchases already made, unless they're in your favour.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the laws of the country where you live.
